In the Community

Providing high-quality legal services to our community was the primary impetus behind our decision to found Alane & Chartier. This commitment to serving our community is also why we strongly believe in providing pro bono legal services, as well as dedicating our services and resources to charitable organizations. Service to those in need is a fundamental philosophical principle at Alane & Chartier, and every staff member must meet our firm’s minimum pro bono hour requirement each year.

Among the organizations that we serve or have served are the Thomas M. Cooley Law School Service to Soldiers Program, the Lansing Area AIDS Network, Child and Family Services--Capital Area, and the Michigan Youth in Government.
